Learning Management System (LMS):

Clear7 offers a Learning Content Management System which is a versatile platform that enables instructors to offer effective e-learning content management and personalized content delivery.

B. Students Management:
The student management system houses all the data that allows the administration to manage and administer the students' profiles and records, to register and enroll students, allocate courses and programs and manage the institution, online class, event and course calendars. It also provides mechanisms whereby the administration can observe, evaluate, and support the instructional staff and teachers by tracking learners and learning, monitoring students' progress and attendance and analyzing, evaluating and reporting to enable the appropriate actions to be taken.
C. Faculty Support:
Faculty support enables the faculty to manage the learning activities, plan the student courses, set assignments, tests and exams, receive correct and mark student work, communicate with the students, hold online lectures and tutorials and carry out other related activities as well as providing access to the student management system facility and the LCMS.
D. Technical Support:
The technical support system provides the students with continuous technical support for the educational technology hardware, software, and delivery systems required in all programs and extensive back up when needed.

3. Student Learning Management System:
The Learning Management System enables users to effectively plan and manage their online learning access courses, submit assignments, check schedules, see grades, enter the online classroom, submit and receive assignments, take tests and quizzes, sit exams.

The user may customize and choose colors for the Learning Management System according to their tastes. Learners would also be able to control some of the LMS features and themes.
Online Journal/Notes:
Users can keep private or shared notes and can make notes in a journal and make them private or to share them with their instructor or with other users. This is a tool for users to record notes and write down general thoughts. Instructors may leave other users notes or questions of their own in the journal.
File Storage:
Users may access private file storage through the LMS
Tests:
Users may take tests, review test results, and keep track of their scores through the LMS
Grading Book:
Users would be able to view their grades, instructors progress reports and feedback on all assignments with annotations and links to the relevant course content as appropriate.
File sharing:
The students may pick up any handout or files up-loaded by the instructor. This tool also enables the student to upload and download documents, images and files the instructor or other users provide.
Polls and Surveys:
The organization, educational institution or instructors can create question polls to quickly gather learners opinions.
Calendar:
The LMS Calendar module provides a wide range of calendaring functionality. It includes individual, group, course, and system wide calendars, with features such as a customized look for each user, repeating entries, email notice prior to event dates, emailing when new items are posted and a course and individual calendars, as well as day, week, month, and year views. Events can be posted to the calendar to announce activities, meetings and due dates. Learners can post onto their own calendar to remember events and instructors can post on the programs calendars. Users can check in and know at a glance the events of the day. Private, group, and course calendars can be used to keep track of assignments, deadlines, due dates, tests and exams. The calendar reminder facility is available to remind students about events that are about to occur.
Technical Support:
Technical Support can also be accessed through the LMS
1. Users can find answers to all their questions via FAQ and answers presented by subject matter.

Discussion Forums:
Learners can access discussion forums to exchange ideas with other users, instructors and administrators and post discussion threads.
File Exchange:
Learners can upload files and share content from their personal folder with the instructors. users can also use this facility to submit assignments into a drop box.
Internal Email:
Users can access internal emails to communicate with instructors and other users
Shared document drafting:
Group members can work with a web-based documents to collaborating on their development
News & Announcements:
The organisation or educational institution administration and the system administrators can post news and updates to be presented to the users when they first login.
Photo Gallery:
Users can share photos and instructors and administrators can contribute and manage course photo galleries.
Feedback:
Success, warning or error messages are given following several operations, such as saving preference settings, or posting a message to keep the user informed on the status of these actions.
Security:
High level of security is provided to ensure privacy of all students using the system. All Login passwords are encrypted and forgotten passwords must be reset, rather than retrieved by email, removing the possibility of interception.
Workgroups:
Instructors can create group activities, and assign group leaders to create and manage groups. Each group has its own group home page, files exchange area, discussion forum, chat room, group email list, assessments and shared calendar.
Users can send emails to their study group, use a shared chat space and notice board, and share material privately within the group. Users have personal and public folders that can be shared with other students, group members and course instructors.
Real-time chat:
Users can see who else is online within their course, or group and chat with them. Instructors may monitor chats and join in or schedule chats using the group’s calendar. Accessible synchronous communication is possible between group members and is ideal for online meetings or group socializing.
Group Blog:
Each group has access to their own blog, to which they can post public messages which can be seen by all course members, or private messages which can only be seen by group members and instructors.
When users logs in, a list of courses is displayed. This section includes the various courses and shows the users’s progress in each, course information, course units and subjects, course contents, the course or instructor announcements, course goals and objectives, lesson goals, and details of assignments.
The ultimate completion date for the program, the percentage of the course that has already been completed and the current grades are all reported and can be viewed by the user.
Curriculum & Syllabus
These are clearly displayed so the user have a clear view of the curriculum and syllabus of their programs of study.
Content Tracker:
Users can keep track of the content pages they have visited.
Access to the classroom
Users can access to the classroom is through the Learning management system
Assessments
Users can through the LMS receive assessments from instructors and take exams, automatically scored multiple choice or true/false questions, as well as random question tests and quizzes.
Assignments and projects
Assignments and projects can also be displayed through the LMS as they are assigned by the instructor together with the corresponding entries in the calendar.
