Online learning types:

We develop learning programs according to the requirements of the educational institution and offer the following types of learning as part of an overall online solution:


1. Self paced asynchronous learning:
Self paced asynchronous learning is interactive learning through the learning platforms where the learners follow the program at their own pace. This type of learning involves using the LMS Learning management system and Clear7's online platforms.

We have developed three levels of asynchronous solutions to fit different educational institutions needs and budgets.

Level I: Custom made interactive web-based (or CD-ROM based) courseware and simulations with multimedia content. The instruction is self paced and follows a pre-set route with extensive tests and assessments as the learner moves through the course.

Level II: Custom made interactive web-based (or CD-ROM based) courseware and simulations. The instruction is self paced, more interactive than in level I and richer in multi-media content. This level offers extensive testing and evaluation of the learner's progress and the instructions are tailored to the learner needs while allowing students to learn according to their personal styles

Level III: Custom made highly interactive web-based (or CD-ROM based) courseware. The instruction is rich in multi-media content and uses a combination of the standard e-learning platform and intelligent web-based online learning tool ILP2 which chooses instruction plans in the light of learning progress and tailors learning to each user while providing pedagogical choices that cannot be easily provided by a single instructor in a classroom session situation. ILP-2, the latest version of the Intelligent learning environment, provides a unique opportunity to use multiple representations of the same knowledge while frequently testing the learners on the knowledge they’ve acquired and interacting with them and directing the learning process according to the lerners' dynamic data using a Student Model and effective pedagogical and communication Modules.


2. Synchronous learning:
Synchronous learning is where the institution holds online collaboration classes where students and instructors collaborate in a fully interactive learning environment. The instructor can dynamically alter the scope, sequence and timing of the course to meet the class needs and requirements. This type of learning involves the use of the LMS Learning management system and the CL-3 online classroom and Virtual Lab LB-1 systems.


3. Group collaboration:
3. Group collaboration with a tutor involved as a facilitator (which may not be an expert in the course content) to encourages more collaboration from the students. The facilitator can help shape the discussions and provide directions but does not modify the instructional plans. This type of learning involves using the LMS Learning management system and the CL-3 online classroom .


4. Testing and evaluation:
This is combined with the above techniques is a comprehensive testing and evaluation process where the students’ learning is evaluated and assessed as the course progresses and students are tested on the knowledge they’ve acquired by various means such as quizzes, tests, exams, assignments or projects as applicable. We have developed a secure total student assessment solution, which includes a combination of small tests at the end of chapters or sections, periodical progress tests, projects and assignments and secure and effective end of term online exams which are designed to effectively assess the ability of the student.
